One hour from my 30's!

It's official, the word has come down, the race has been run, all that...

I'm turning 30 in less than an hour now! To celebrate, I just completed my NEW PODCAST SECTION!

KT and I are going to Puerto Rico next week with my best friend Yamil, we're going to have a blast. Until then, we're looking to buy our first house... Here's a video I made yesterday of two prospects.
